You may consider buying under joint singles scheme if you are 35 and older. Your sister need not be 35 years old due to her status. For joint singles scheme, you are allowed to purchase only 2 room flat in non mature estate area or a resale flat of any size. If both you and your sis is an orphan, you may apply under orphans scheme where both of you can jointly purchase a BTO or resale of any size. There is no requirement for you to be 35 years old for orphans scheme. You and your sister may be eligible for CPF grant if you meet the eligibility criteria.
