Hi Rick,

I believe you meant Dec 2011 instead. The best time to start marketing will be when you have met your MOP. Take these few months to shortlist a few projects that you really like and analyse their prices. Based on the information gathered, you can approach the banks to assess if you are able to comfortably finance the purchase. General concern for buyers should be overstretching of the cash flow to finance the unit.

If you require any assistance, feel free to let me know.

Hi Rick,

I would advise you to start selling only upon MOP. I thought that you will probably be wasting time if you market before MOP but can’t accept any offer. Marketing your unit for too long may also affect your selling price.

Meanwhile, you may want to start shopping around first and shortlist which project you are really keen in.

It is also advisable to contact an agent to work out your financial plan and timeline first.

I am very familiar with condo in D19, and have a few properties selling now.

Hope that I had answered your question.

Feel free to contact me if you need my assistance.

Thanks and Regards
