Hi RT, The first timer grant and cpf grant you brought up is the same. Thus if you are living near parents, you will be entitled to $40k grant. If your combined income is up to $5k for past 12 months, you can apply for additional housing grant. Hope it helps! Afternoon, Total standard grant available for staying near parents, if both of you are SC, is at $40k. If one of you are PR, the total grant available is $30k. Additional grant are available if your combined income is lesser than $5k. However do note that all this are subjected to your income ceiling requirement.
