Hello,
I'm 29 with foreign spouse and are planning to buy resale HDB. I understand she is only essential occupier, but in the future is it possible that she can buy a condo under her name? Do I need to remove her name from essential occupiers? Will it count as her first property?

Based on existing regulation, she may buy under her name after MOP.

Hi,

Your Wife will be able to purchase a condo under her sole name only after you have met the MOP of your HDB flat. It is also not possible to remove her name from the flat, as she's an essential occupier.

The HDB flat will not be part of her property count.
