Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

I am afraid to inform you that single SPR is not eligible to purchase resale HDB. If you wish to purchase as a single, you have to convert to SC or look at private housing instead.

Single SPR cannot purchase resale HDB, but they can purchase resale EC or private property no issue.

Single SPR can only purchase private residential non-landed properties, including resale ECs that are 5 years old. They are ineligible to purchase resale HDB as a single.
