Hello, I have a question regarding the documents needed for buying resale HDB flat.
My citizenship application is just approved in principle, and I may get the Singapore Passport by the end of August. My question is:
can I start buying the HDB or sign the OTP with the seller if I only have the passport but no IC?

Hi, yes just by having that slip of inprincipal approval is good enough.

Good morning,

With the principle of approval document, it would have indicated your allocated NRIC number. You can then utilize that to ink your OTP.
