Hello. I have a fully paid up HDB flat, stayed for 15 years. Can I buy a Condo, stay in Condo & rent out my HDB flat? Do I need HDB approval for this? Please advise procedure. Thanks!

Morning,
Being SC, you are eligible to purchase private property for home-stay and rent out your HDB unit, upon fulfilling the MOP. Write into HDB and request for approval to rent out the unit. Get the approval letter and you are on the way for rental.
