Hi Sir/Mdm,

It is possible to fully pay off an Executive Flat however we will need to do a detailed calculation to determine how much cash you can get back after the sale and whether it is sufficient to buy an Executive flat taking into all the other costs such as conveyancing fees and stamp duty.

Apart from the finances, it is also important to plan the timeline and ensure that the sale and purchase can be done concurrently so that you can transit from your current place to the new one without the need for an interim housing.
