I am planning to buy a 1 bedroom Condo or SOHO apartment. I am foreigner. I am looking for a ready to occupy house. Please let me know how much initial investment do i need to arrange and how much discount can i expect from builders on a ready to occupy house.
Below is the list. please let me know if there is anything else.
1) Initial 20% on Booking.
2) Agent Fees - Hou much would this be.
3) Lawyer fees - Hou much would this be.
4) 3 % Stamp duty.
5) 10% ABSD - Can this be discounted by the builder for a ready to occupy house.
