Unfortunately no, Single Singapore Citizen Scheme, as the name suggest only allows unmarried singles to apply under. You have to purchase under the non-citizen spouse scheme if you are already married.

As married couple, you are only eligible to purchase resale HDB unit non-citizen spouse scheme. If you want to do so under single scheme, it have to be done prior your marriage, after you have hit the age of 35.
