Hi,

To qualify for the higher-tier family grant, you need to first qualify for the 1st timer housing grant, thus the income ceiling will be 10K. Thanks and may I assist with your housing plans further?

As long as your combined income is less than income ceiling of $10k, you will be eligible for CPF housing grant.

Income ceiling for housing grant is capped at $10k. Either of your parents have to stay within the same estate or with 2km from your location.
