Dear upgrader, There is no fix service fees structure regulated. All service fees must be agreeable by both salesperson and the client. In most typical cases, service fees of 2% and 1% will be applicable for selling and buying of resale HDB respectively. It does not necessary mean that both transactions must be done by same salesperson in this scenario.
