Hello Gurus,

we are PR .booked our HDB flat recently as we paid high rent .

it is a 5 room flat 390 Val + 30 K cov.
we did this before the new HDB measures . our loan has been approved and our firts appoinmnt is on 2nd week of september .

now how we are affected by this new measures ? in long term perspective ?
