Hello Gurus
This is my situation :
1) I am staying in an EC now and I wish to sell it once it MOP ( very soon )
2) After I sell the EC I plan to buy another Condo in Singapore
3) I am also thinking to buy a property in Malaysia (my first property in Malaysian )
My questions:
1.Just want to be sure that my understanding is correct that a Singaporean can buy a Malaysian property once his property in Singapore reaches MOP. is this correct?
2. Let say I my EC is sold in Aug 2023, purchased the Malaysia property in Sept 2023 will there be implication when i buy a Singapore property after Sept 2023 ? As in will the singapore property be consider as a 2nd property and I will be subjected to all the regulation, loan kerb etc.
3. Or the process should be, Sell EC, buy condo, then buy malaysia property.
