Hello Gurus, as I know the old flats which is 35-40yrs are difficult or impossible to get a loan from HDB/Bank. May I know how you guys deal with it? So the resale for these units are not valuable?

Hi, yes you are right to say that such resale units are not valuable and cannot be considered as an investment but rather just a roof over your head.
