Hello Guru , i need some input from you to sell my flat,It is 4A(103 Sqrm) renovated recently at Tampines high floor blk 273.Can you tell me what would be the valuation and how much is the cov trend now ?

Morning Arumugam,

The current estimated valuation for your unit is around $460k to $480k, with COV asking of around $12k to $35k. As of the current month, you should be able to sell to all buyers.
