Hello everyone, my wife and myself are in the process of divorce and we're the joint owners of our current HDB unit. Recently she has rent the spare room without my knowledge and consent and was more surprised when the application of rental room was approved the tenant name was on it when I check myhbdpage.
May I know what are the actions HDB will take against my wife if I reported the matter to them and what are my options if she failed to remove the tenant after I've advised her that I do not consent to the renting out of the spare room?
