Hello everyone,
I would like to know about HLE.I am living 4 room HDB flat which I bought from resale market 3 and half years ago with bank loan. Now I want to upgrade my flat.Currently I am working oversea and drawing USD 8100/month including allowance. I have checked in HDB link and mentioning that HLE ceiling is SD8000.
"Am I eligible to apply HLE to buy new flat from HDB.

Hi, you might not qualify to take HLE for your purchase of the resale HDB. I am afraid you need to go for bank loan instead.
