1) The HDB only committed to providing a valuation report within 14 working days. This is the official number.
2) According to our experience it is on a case-to-case basis.
3) If the selling price is very near to the valuation value. You might receive the valuation result within 3 days.
4) If there is a big gap between the selling price and the valuation value, and a valuer is needed to be on-site for assessment. It will depend on whether the seller is able to accommodate the valuer schedule for an on-site valuation.
5) Under an on-site valuation the duration to produce a valuation report can drag from 5 days to 10 days.
