Hello all. My fiance and I cancelled our BTO application due to personal reasons several months back. I understand that we have to wait out a 1-year period before we can apply for a BTO or a subsidized resale again. My question is, if we are fine with not receiving any subsidy and grants, can we purchase a resale before the 1-year period is up? Appreciate any advice. Thank you!

1) You are allowed to buy a resale HDB without grants within the 1 yr wait-out period.
2) There are no further restrictions over this.
