Hello all , can i check do we consider as first timer or second timer applicants ?
Got a resales flat in sembawang under non citizen spouse scheme , grant taken is single grant .
Now we are applying for BTO , so are we first timer or second timer ?
Also , for the EHG grants , are we categorize as first and second timer applicants , or both second timer applicants ?
