Hello agents,

I am looking for a 2 bedder or 2 plus study apartment for own stay in the East (preferably near East Coast / Bedok / Siglap area) with access to ECP / PIE.

Criteria :
- Building preferably not too old
- Preferably with a view (facing a reservoir / park)
- High floors preferred
- Nearby amenalties (supermart, food places etc)
- BUDGET : 600K

Hi Wendy,
Without considering budget, there are new projects along Bedok Reservoir (new), East Coast Park (resale or new)... With a narrow budget of $600k, the choices shrink if you require the housing within this year. If you willing to consider 2 - 3 years later, there may be more options.
