Hello agents, i am a Singaporean married with a foreign spouse and she holds working permit too, if we like to purchase a resale flat, can my wife be my joint applicant for a bank loan to purchase a resale hdb?

Evening,

You can purchase resale HDB unit under Non-citizen spouse scheme. You may also apply for bank loan using both income, however your spouse can only be the essential occupier.
