HDB smaller unit on high floor better or bigger unit on low floor better?
I'm working on a budget when selecting 4-room HDB flat. Basically, there's 2 options:
1st Option - 93 sqm on low floor (2nd to 5th level)
or
2nd Option - 83 sqm on high floor (up to level 16).
I plan to lease out 2 bedrooms for long term and eventually sell it 10 years down the road. Which Option would be the better Option? What would tenants or buyers look out for?
