HDB season parking for covered carpark costs $110 monthly and conservancy is about $70 a month. Add these 2 together and it is a whopping $180! Some condo owners are paying only $200+ maintenance that comes with carpark, security guard, gym, swimming pool and tthe many facilities that the condo provides, so is HDB charging way too high for season parking?

That's precisely one of the reasons why we are seeing many HDB upgraders nowadays as compared to the earlier generation.

With the higher standard of living, people expectations are higher, and it is slowly becoming a norm to own a private condo for many people.

    I downgraded to hdb to cash out on my condo. Only looking for opportunity 5 years later. However I didn't realise hdb conservancy plus parking is so exorbitant.
