If we paid our HDB loan and have stayed i our HDB for 10 years, can we buy a condo and rent out our HDB flat?
We heard there are restrictions on renting out HDB flat as of 2012. Please share with us.
We are hoping to rent out the HDB to finance payment for the condo.

Morning,

If you are PR, you might not be granted the permission to rent out your HDB unit while you stay in your condo.

Hi,Yes you are eligible to rent out your HDB.
No issues on that at all as you have already meet your MOP for your HDB.

You are absolutely eligible to rent out your HDB flat as you have fulfilled the minimum occupation period for your flat.

What are your concerns that make you feel that you might not be eligible?
