Hi, it is normal because the buyer could still back out as long as he or her has not exercised the OTP yet.

    Aaron pls read CEA properly.

    They are not allow to continue advertisement as the property is no longer available for sale once HDB OTP issued. The owner is unable to issue another OTP while the current OTP is still in force pending 21 days from buyer.

    Those who replied YES and those who didnt but agree with YES, please be educated or attend refresher course

    Under Estate Agent ACT 2010 clause 4H

    (h) they must remove all advertisements in relation to a property once
    the property is no longer available for sale or rental for whatever reason,
    or after the termination of the estate agency agreement in respect of
    the property.
