2 to 3 weeks before you turn 35 years old is sufficient enough so you dont run the risk of losing the unit that you like.

In general, most buyers would need to work on their financial aspect before understanding what is within their means and need. In the case where the buyer is local and with income that's slightly over the ceiling cap, we will need to work further on that. Such response would normally take around 2 to 3 working weeks. Once everything is ready, the buyer might be left with around 2 to 3 weeks for physical viewing and comparison before deciding. As we are unaware of every individual case and situation, we cannot assume and provide you with an unprofessional answer.

It will be prudent to work out the detailed financial plan first before embarking on the house search. Generally 6 weeks prior to turning 35 is ample time to find a suitable place, unless you are working with a tight timeline.
