Hi Jeanz, the west area property market is booming, and you are right to note that the psf is comparable or even higher than the east.

However, i feel that a psf comparison is unfair to both areas as they are different in terms of amenities, demographics and other factors.

If you are looking for growth, i believe both the east and the west have their potential for appreciation. It is not so much the case of the east psf catching to the west psf, but both will continue to grow as the area develops.
