Good morning!

You are eligible to purchase a resale HDB with your dad under non citizen family scheme.

My recommendation is to apply for Home Loan Eligibility (HDB loan) or In principle approval (bank loan) first to gauge how much loan can you obtain before house hunting.

Hi.
Yes u can now, if you are buying it with your father.
Or you will have to wait till age 35 in order to buy a hdb under your own name.
