hai to all,
can a citizen buy the resale hdb under the foreign spouse scheme with the hdb loan scheam , is it will they give 90% of loan ! And cpf grant ?

Afternoon Bala,

If you have not purchased any subsidized unit prior to this, you are eligible to get single grant and HDB loan. But do note that there's a ceiling cap on your income.
