hai i am an pr and soon will get my citizenship. am i eligible to buy an hdb flat with the help of hdb loan. or is it compulsory that i have to go to national service to be eligible or only my first generation male child has to go !?

Afternoon Bal,

Upon getting your citizenship, with income not more than $5000, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under single scheme, using HDB loan.
