Guru's we need your advice.
wanted to sell off our 5I 3rd floor at bedok north avenue 2 but our cpf utilisation and outstanding balance estimated $610K. We wante to downgrade but looks like we are not able to.

Afternoon,

I believe you have arrears outstanding to HDB or you have purchased at high price which have depreciated so much that resulted in negative sales. Depending on what you have in mind or the situation resulting your desire to downgrade, you might have to absord the CPF loses and move on? Staying at current status may not bring you anyway though.
