Gurus I need some calculation help. Still confused on the CPF matters. Assume I sell my current flat at $570k, my CPF usage until now is $ 60k and the outstanding balance of my current flat is $140k, what will be the approximate hard cash I will receive after I sell? Thanks a lot!!!

Evening Ronnie,,

Assuming that your CPF used includes accrued interest, your cash profit should be around $370k provided that you do not have arrears and outstanding payment.
