Hi Justin,

The only way SPR-SPR can be eligible for hdb resale is to have a married couple, where both of them have each hold SPR status for 3 years, to apply. Other schemes like siblings are not eligible. Alternatively you can consider private condos. Thanks and hope to assist further.

For your case, you are not eligible to purchase with your SPR silbling.

You might want to email HDB for confirmation on it as well.

Alternatively you might want to look into private property instead.
