Good morning. Pls advise can employer rent a 3 room HDB unit for the employees (abt 8 ppl)?

Hi Doris,

The maximum number of person allowable to stay in a 3room HDB is 6 pax. Employer can opt to rent under company name, but do bear in mind that owners will likely prefer the premises to be occupied by the same set of tenants.

Hi Doris,

Yes the employer can do that. For 8 people, you should be looking at 4rm HDB, which can accomodate up to 9 people.
