Good evening,
I have rented a unit through Property Guru. The agent has been behaving badly and acting unprofessionally since I was handed over the apartment. The unit was not handed over to me as per the agreement. Nothing has been checked, or tested in the unit, and was not cleaned as per our agreement. The agent handed over the keys with minimum checks and information and left being aggressive. I have been facing many troubles at the unit, and yesterday I got an electric shock due to an unsecured cable in the bathroom. Could you please guide me how I can make my complaint on Property Guru and other government authorities?

Do you want to complain about agent (http://www.cea.gov.sg/consumers/complaints/report-a-salesperson-estate-agent) or do you want to take action against the landlord (hire a lawyer to enforce the agreement)? Read More

As per the Tenancy Agreement, the owner's contact details should be in there. Please contact the owner.
