Good day to all agents!

I am officially 35! Am ready to take up a 5 room flat, try bigger 4 rooms ...

Am looking at the following areas,

1) Strathmore
2) Telok Blangah Heights only
3) Redhill
4) Clementi

Prefer flats under 15 years and priority for those selling under SERS programme where flats are around 3-5 years.

Bank loan pre approval done several months back and no issues for HDB.

Where is the right flat/units ???

Evening,

As you are looking at units that are young, their growth potential will be good. However, their pricing will also be higher than normal unit. Given today's market, it would be prudent to understand your financial plan and ROI requirement.
