Good day property guru, need your clarification on the following:
Am currently owning a 5-rm hdb with almost 80% loan cleared; intended to upgraded to a 3 rms condo (<=1300sqft)in the following location (upper bt timah, west coast or clementi)
My intention is to sell the hbd and either buy a new launch or from the open market, pls help to advise on the possbile best pymt structure as well as the transition arrangement.
