Good Day, I would like to understand what are the common fees that are associated with the transaction for a HDB flat as a buyer. There seems to be many different fees that are out there from different property agents. Maybe this question would be more of a "market standard" that prevents buyers from being cheated by property agents. Please post your answers here instead of leaving your phone numbers for "further inquiry". Cheers

For HDB buyer, agency normally will collect a agency fee of 1% commission.
