Given that I buy a HDB under the singles scheme and my girlfriend buys another HDB under the singles scheme ... if we do decided to get married I understand that HDB will force us to sell one of our flats but what if both flats are still within the MOP period? Will we be able to sell in spite of the flats being within the MOP period?

Hi,

1) Whether an HDB flat can sell within MOP, it is HDB who has the final say.
2) Thus when there is a situation when there is an infringement of policy, you can guess what they will do. :-))
