If you want to drag and delay , perhaps you will be able to do so for a few months at most , the hdb board sooner or later , will ask your family to give up or sell one of the 2 hdb.
Best case scenerio , hdb will give you a MOP waiver and let you sell at open market , open market meaning better price. Do note SSD or sellers stamp duty taxes applies if sold before 3years MOP .
You have to write in email to 2 departments to appeal for waiver . Firstly To hdb board for MOP waiver .
Secondly to IRAS , INLAND REVENUE AUTHORITY SINGAPORE for the SSD waiver if sold before 3 years ownership.
Worse case scenerio , hdb board disallow your mop waiver appeal and take back your property at their price , meaning , the price that hdb board pay you When they take back your property will not be attractive to you .
