From 27 August 2013, SPR household (i.e. a household with no SC owner) will have to wait 3 years from the date of obtaining SPR status before they can buy a resale flat HDB. May i know the 3 years is count from the first PR obtained or the second PR obtained ? For example i got my PR in 2012, then my wife got her PR in 2014. So when will be the mature date

Good morning Ray, From your illustration, it will be counted from the date your wife obtain her SPR status thus both of you will only be able to purchase a resale HDB in 2017. Hope it helps!
