For the new measure imposed after 12 Jan, what are the amount of cash you need to purchase a condo? Do I need to pay the stamp duty by cash?

Afternoon Lim,

This would depends on your citizenship status, how many mortgage loan you are currently holding, your age and how much you have at hand. You can choose to pay your Stamp duty and legal fee by CPF if you have enuogh for the CPF minimum sum. ABSD need to be paid by cash though.
