For the foreigners, what types of property can buy and how?

Dear Barbara,
Foreigners are eligible to purchase condo or Apartment. There are more choices once you become Permanent Resident, where you are able to purchase Resale HDB as well. As for landed property, you may require the approval of LAND DEALINGS (APPROVAL) UNIT.
