For selection of flat, if I want to appoint someone else to select for me, is the "Authorisation for Selection of Flat" (one of the HDB Downloadable Forms) sufficient? Or need Power of Attorney? (I understand that POA must be required for signing of lease and key collection)
For the supporting documents, does my authorised person need to produce copies only? Or certified copies? Thank you.
