for me who earns more than $5000 per month, can i buy a 5 room resale flat, get a bank loan and still get a grant of $15000 under single singapore scheme? thanks

Afternoon,
To obtain a grant, you are limited by the income ceiling of $5k for single scheme. You will also have to take HDB loan for that particular purchase.
For you case, you can only purchase resale unit without grant, using bank loan.
