Expected TOP date is 31 Dec 2016 but normally it will complete construction earlier so it might TOP in June to Sept 2016.

For tenancy-in-common, the share of ownership can be decided by the buyers. However, that does not equate to the financial responsibility on the mortgage and payment. A small share owner can opt to pay for the unit in majority while a major share owner might not be contributing to the mortgage payment at all.
