Morning Roy,

Assuming that your unit have being fully paid for, your cash proceed will be what's left after your have return CPF board your CPF monies, including accrued interest. The cheque will be issued under both names.

Hi Roy,

For example, the selling price of the flat is 500k.

Thus 500k,

LESS 50k outstanding loan
LESS 300k CPF refund plus accrued interest

Cash proceeds = 150k.

The cash proceeds is the balance after deducting the outstanding mortgage loan and CPF refund plus accrued interest.

Please call me at 98628691  for further discussion.

Thanks.
