Hi Sam,

Valuation for HDB can only be done by an assigned body by HDB. Banks do not do valuation for HDB. The results of valuation will depend on several aspects and level of unit is likely to be only 1 of the aspects considered. I have seen units on lower floor having better valuation than those on a higher floor simply because the condition of the unit is better. Are you looking to purchase a HDB?
